Payment, Cancellations & Returns

Payment

We won't ask you for any payment until the final stage of the order process following the successful entry of your payment details on a secure server. You can pay for your online order using either a Credit Card or Debit Card. We are able to accept: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron and Maestro cards.

When you are ready to place you order, you will be transfered to a HSBC secure environment where you can enter your credit or debit cards. We do not collect or store your credit card details ourselves.

All prices include VAT.

Can I cancel my order?

If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of Made to Order products). Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. You will be required to keep the item in a re-saleable condition.

Can I make changes to my order?

In addition to your legal rights and obligations should you change your mind, you can cancel or change your order by calling us on +44 (0)1604 674466 or emailing undressed@quakeformen.com up until the point of its despatch to you or a third party.

What is your returns policy?

If you change your mind we're happy to refund or exchange your order.

In the interest of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on underwear, swimwear, or clothing which has been worn, or toiletries and or cosmetic products once opened, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.

After you have received your goods, you can return any clothing item to us for a refund (provided you have the Sales Receipt) or an exchange, as long as it is unused, unworn and unwashed, returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

Christmas Gifts

We understand that you may be shopping for Christmas Gifts and that the recipient may want to exchange them after Christmas. For all orders placed between 25th November 2008 and 24th December 2009 we will accept exchange requests upto and including the 14th January 2009.

Prior to returning goods to us you must contact us for a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) to obtain a RAN you can either call us on +44 (0)1604 674466 or email undressed@quakeformen.com

Once you have your RAN please return the parcel to us via Royal Mail. Please enclose a copy of the Sales Receipt and note the RAN clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting which are issued free by the Post Office. If you are returning goods because they are faulty we will refund your reasonable postage costs.

Please note refunds cannot be given on Gift Vouchers.
