Order Status

You can view the status of your orders in the 'My Account' area of the website. The status of individual orders will be displayed as one of the following:

  • Open - We have received your order
  • Processing - Your order is being prepared and will be despatched soon.
  • Despatched - Your order has been processed and despatched
